To provide the service, we collect the information you give us directly, including your business name, NTN/CNIC, address, contact details, User ID and password, and the invoice, buyer, and item data you enter into the platform. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken, device/browser type) to keep the service reliable and secure.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and process invoices on your behalf
- To submit invoice data to FBR's e-invoicing systems as directed by you
- To send account, billing, and support communications (including via WhatsApp, email, or phone)
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the platform
3. Sharing Your Information
We share invoice data with FBR's systems as required to fulfil the core purpose of the service. We may share limited data with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer partners) to process subscription payments. We do not sell your business or customer data to third parties.
4. Data Security
Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure with regular backups. Account access requires a password, and we recommend using a strong, unique password for your FBR Invoice Atsolhive account.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and invoice records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet tax record-keeping obligations, unless you request earlier deletion and no legal retention requirement applies.
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account by contacting us at hello@atsolhive.com. Some data may need to be retained where required by tax or financial regulation.
7. Cookies
We use only essential, functional data needed to keep you logged in and the platform working — we do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
