The terms that apply when you use FBR Invoice Atsolhive.

1. The Service
FBR Invoice Atsolhive provides software to help Pakistani businesses create, manage, and submit digital invoices to FBR's e-invoicing systems, along with related compliance reporting and buyer/item management tools.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your User ID and password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Accuracy of Data & Compliance Responsibility
FBR Invoice Atsolhive is a tool to help you submit accurate, timely digital invoices — it does not replace your own responsibility, as a registered business, to ensure the tax and invoice information you enter is correct and to comply with FBR's regulations. We are not liable for penalties arising from inaccurate data entered by you or your staff.
4. Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed monthly (PKR 5,000) or yearly (PKR 25,000) in advance via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. Subscriptions continue until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account settings or by contacting support, which stops future billing (see our Refund Policy for details on the current billing period).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to submit fraudulent invoices, misrepresent your business identity, or attempt to interfere with the platform's security or availability.
6. Intellectual Property
The FBR Invoice Atsolhive software, design, and branding are owned by Atsolhive. Your invoice and business data remains yours.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Atsolhive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including FBR rejections caused by inaccurate input data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where practical.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
