Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for FBR Invoice Atsolhive subscriptions.

This page is a general template provided as a starting point. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be checked against Pakistani consumer-protection, data-protection, and tax-software regulations by a qualified legal professional before you rely on it. Last updated: July 2026.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Monthly or Yearly plan at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewal — it does not automatically refund the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment on a new subscription and have not submitted more than 5 invoices through the platform, you're eligible for a full refund of that first payment. Outside that window, or for renewal payments, payments already made are non-refundable, since the plan covers unlimited invoice submissions and FBR integration access for that billing period.

3. Enterprise Plans

Custom Enterprise agreements follow the refund terms specified in the individual contract signed with Atsolhive.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@atsolhive.com or message us on WhatsApp with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us immediately — billing errors are corrected in full regardless of the refund window above.
